Ian:What's PureFluent's new subscription all about? Tim:We are very pleased to be able to offer our customers a whole new range of translation options with the new translation subscription. Part of this is the WordStore subscription, where our customers can receive all the translation services they need for a fixed monthly price. Over the last six months we have been working hard to implement this new service and believe it will revolutionize the translation industry. The available subscriptions cover not only translation, but also other related services such as multilingual SEO, multilingual DTP, transcreation, as well as more technical aspects such as integration with content management systems.
The aim is always for the customer to be able to cover all translation-related services with HK Phone Number a single flat fee. Ian:What is the idea behind this pricing model? Tim:We are responding to some fundamental weaknesses in the translation industry. For many customers, the entire translation process is somehow opaque and complex. That's why we've been working steadily for a long time to make it simpler and more transparent. We also looked at all the processes involved in ordering and paying for translations and developed a model that is much simpler and more predictable. have it approved, check and forward invoices, keep an eye on outstanding invoices and much more.

All of this is purely administrative work and is usually not part of the customer's area of responsibility. It becomes even more time-consuming if it has to be documented exactly how much was spent on which projects, cost centers and languages in order to use this as a basis to create a forecast for requirements in the next budget period. Our goal is to make the entire process simple and transparent for our customers. Ian:How can customers understand how much they have used or how much they still have available? Tim et's take the WordStore subscription as a concrete example.
